
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 c. Apple Sauce
½ c. Maple Syrup
¼ c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
¾ tsp Xanthan Gum
2 ½ c. Gluten Free Flour (I use The Perfect Flour Blend by Namaste)
½ pkg. Chocolate Chips (I use Enjoy Life)
Directions:
Mix All Ingredients together in the order listed. Stir between each new add in.
Form into small balls and press flat with a fork or your hand. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-11 minutes until done.
